The Chosen Children and their partners revived themselves and then confronted Apocalymon. Although the enemy triggered a total annihilation process, the heroes managed to contain the blast with their Digivices. Finally, Apocalymon was defeated and the Chosen Children returned to their home world.

[BATTLE] Chosen Children vs. Apocalymon.
Although Piemon was gone, the Chosen Children had to face the Dark Masters’ creator - Apocalymon. The ultimate level Digimon forcefully devolved the hero Digimon before destroying the kids’ crests. It then deleted the children and their partners, disassembling them like data.
In the world of information, the Chosen Children remembered the journey leading up to their demise.

[BATTLE] Chosen Children & Friends vs. Piemon.
The friends of the Chosen Children rallied to fight Piemon and his army of Evilmon. As the perfect level Digimon distracted the enemy, HolyAngemon activated his Heaven’s Gate.
The Evilmon were sucked into the portal, but Piemon wouldn’t budge. WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon combined their attacks to break the clown Digimon’s footing. Finally, Piemon was sealed away by HolyAngemon’s power.
Despite their victory, the Chosen Children were about the meet an even greater evil.

[BATTLE] Chosen Children & Friends vs. Piemon.
When WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon weren’t able to stop Piemon, the demon man Digimon unleashed his Clown Trick. Anyone covered by a magical white cloth instantly turned into keychains.
Soon, only Takeru and Hikari were left. Angemon was outmatched by Piemon, and he couldn’t bring the Dark Master down. Takeru remembered his brother’s words, and his crest activated. Angemon finally advanced to HolyAngemon.
The angelic Digimon freed all the keychains, and everyone returned to normal. The Chosen Children, their Digimon and their Digimon friends prepared to fight Piemon one last time.

[BATTLE] WarGreymon & MetalGarurumon vs. Piemon.
As WarGreymon fought Piemon, Yamato dealt with his personal turmoil. Gabumon shook his friend from his darkness, and the pair reunited with the others.
Once Garurumon healed WarGreymon with Yamato’s crest power, both ultimate level Digimon confronted Piemon.

[BATTLE] Digimon 5 vs. LadyDevimon.
When Piemon’s henchwoman LadyDevimon appeared, Angewomon distracted her while the others escaped. Kabuterimon advanced to AtlurKabuterimon so it could help Angewomon. However, LadyDevimon was purely interested in fighting Angewomon.
Just as LadyDevimon had the upper hand, AtlurKabuterimon’s armor broke the enemy’s Darkness Spear. Angewomon then unleashed her Heaven’s Charm.

[BATTLE] Digimon 4 vs. Mugendramon & WaruMonzaemon.
After Mugendramon split the group up, the heroes landed in the sewers. The Dark Master had placed WaruMonzaemon in charge of the enslaved Numemon. The green creatures regarded Hikari as their queen.
Once Piyomon and Tailmon were recharged by Hikari’s strange power, the two joined Angemon in fighting WaruMonzaemon.
Mugendramon punished WaruMonzaemon for his failure. It then decided to take care of the Chosen Children itself. Angemom, Angewomon and Birdramon’s powers were ineffective against the Dark Master. When Mugendramon targeted Hikari, the Numemon attacked. Unfortunately, Mugendramon destroyed all of them.
Agumon responded to Hikari’s emotional distress, and he warp evolved. Finally, WarGreymon killed Mugendramon.

[BATTLE] Greymon/MetalGreymon & Angemon vs. Mugendramon’s Army.
After Hikari became ill, Taichi and Koushiro searched for medicine. Mugendramon sent its minions to stop the Chosen Children, though. A horde of Tankmon and Mechanorimon attacked the boys and their Digimon at the hospital. When some Megadramon showed up, Greymon advanced to MetalGreymon.
Later, Angemon saved Taichi and Koushiro from the enemies. The kids’ reunion was cut short once Mugendramon appeared. The Dark Master blew up the ground, and the Chosen Children fell into the sewers below.

[BATTLE] Digimon 7 & SaberLeomon vs. Pinocchimon & MetalEtemon.
Pinocchimon and his Vegimon army attacked Taichi and the others. Birdramon, Kabuterimon and Angemon wiped out some of the grunts, but WarGreymon was trapped by Pinocchimon. The Dark Master manipulated WarGreymon’s movements with strings, and he forced the ultimate level Digimon to turn on its friends.
Meanwhile, Mimi, Jou, Ogremon and Leomon had to deal with MetalEtemon. Leomon advanced to SaberLeomon, but even it couldn’t stop the simian Digimon alone. Before MetalEtemon’s bolt of black lightning struck Mimi, SaberLeomon intervened. Once Ikkakumon evolved into Zudomon, it cracked the surface of MetalEtemon’s chest. SaberLeomon finished him off with Nail Crusher. In the end, Leomon died from his wounds.
As the hero Digimon faced the giant automaton that Pinocchimon’s house turned into, the Dark Master encountered Yamato and MetalGarurumon. Finally, MetalGarurumon blasted Pinocchimon with Cocytus Breath.
The house robot fell apart and Yamato approached the dying Pinocchimon. The Dark Master remembered Jureimon’s warning: the Chosen Children could beat him because they had friends.

[BATTLE] Ikkakumon/Zudomon vs. Pinocchimon & Pinocchimon vs. MetalEtemon.
After Mimi, Jou, Gomamon, Palmon and Ogremon were attacked by Pinocchimon, MetalEtemon appeared. The heroes escaped with Ogremon while the two ultimate level Digimon fought.
